When I was a child, I used to sit in my Grandmother's salon and watch her do her sister's hair (press and curls). I was always amazed by the transformations! I also remember practicing braids using three pieces of yarn. After seeing all the girls in high school with braids, I knew I had to learn how to do real braids - so I did.

At the age of 14 I left Bryan, Texas, moved to Sacramento, California then to Colorado Springs, Colorado. I traveled back and forth and after living the "fast life" decided to settle down and follow my dream. I enrolled in Cosmetology school and buckled down with the help of a long-time friend, now my husband.

We've started our family and have now started our salon together. We hope to see you here and look forward to serving you!
